Job summary

DOKU is seeking a results-driven merchant growth professional to supervise and expand relationships with existing and new merchants in Indonesia. You will lead onboarding, drive revenue targets, and strengthen partnerships with banks and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing GTM strategies, drafting proposals, managing contracts, and collaborating with Product, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams to ensure merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech industry (banking, lending, payments) is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement commercial go-to-market strategies.
• Experience with business models and legal contracting in commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
• Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners.
• Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and banks.
• Gather and act on merchant feedback to improve products and services.
• Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that better address their needs.
• Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams) to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
