Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking an Academic Coordinator to oversee K12 program implementation across all regional branches in Semarang. You will ensure learning quality, coordinate with branch teams, and act as the bridge between HQ and regional operations to maintain alignment in program delivery.

The role requires a degree in education or science, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. Domestic travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or education operations in K12.
• Experience managing academic programs and cross-branch operations.
• Strong understanding of K12 program management and learning quality assurance.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent academic quality and learning standards across all branches in the territory.
• Oversee and support the operational implementation of K12 programs.
• Monitor and manage the performance of branch teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff.
• Ensure teacher fulfilment to support scheduled classes and maintain continuity of learning.
• Act as a key liaison between Headquarter’s academic team and regional team for alignment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Monitor branch performance and provide recommendations to improve academic quality and operational efficiency.
