Intrepid seeks a Regional Head of Affiliates to architect and scale the affiliate ecosystem across marketplaces and beyond. You will shape short- and long-term channel strategy, build a world-class team, and align affiliate initiatives with marketing, livestream, and attribution.

You will manage high-stakes executive relationships, develop scalable growth loops, and drive cross-market adoption of best practices, with a focus on regional expansion and holistic growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles scaling revenue regionally.
• Flawless executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically influence and align affiliate strategy across the enterprise.
• Lead integration of affiliate strategy with marketing, livestream, and attribution.
• Develop data roadmaps and scalable playbooks for cross-market execution.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive executive-level growth initiatives.
