Job summary

Cinch is a Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company seeking an FP&A Analyst in Jakarta to own the budget by market and forecast performance monthly. You will work with the Corporate Finance Director, founders, and regional leads to drive the actions that keep us on plan.

This role involves modeling unit economics, tracking variance, and partnering with multi-country teams to deliver insightful financial reporting to executives and investors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related finance role.
• Hands‑on experience running a budgeting and forecast cycle with variance analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries.
• Advanced financial modelling in Excel or Google Sheets (driver-based forecasts).
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Clear communicator able to translate a model into a simple answer.
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Budget ownership: build and own annual budget by market and function; manage re-forecasts.
• Forecasting: run rolling, driver-based forecast by market across revenue, margin, opex and cash.
• Variance tracking: explain drivers monthly and suggest actions to return to plan.
• Identify and track regional levers like subscriptions, churn, collections, device cost.
• Partner with country leads and Growth/ Ops across markets to align targets.
• Produce monthly management pack with variance analysis and drivers.
• Model unit economics per device/subscriber/channel, including costs and residual value.
• Maintain cash flow forecast and support covenants reporting.
• Prepare financial sections of investor updates and board packs.
• Model new markets/products/partnerships with numbers on the table.
• Ensure data quality with Data team and RevOps.
