Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia is recruiting a Regional Finance Manager to lead the Shared Services Center in Indonesia and oversee 3-country operations. The role focuses on financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to align financial strategy with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with CPA/CA being advantageous, and has proven SSC leadership experience along with strong analytical skills and bilingual

• CPA/CA certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience as Regional Finance Manager.
• Proven experience in leading SSC team.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Running SSC pillars overseeing 3 countries.
• Overseeing financial operations, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
