Job summary

Rubberflex Sdn Bhd is expanding its presence in the Indonesian rubber thread market and seeks a driven, field-based Sales Representative to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across Indonesia. The role involves extensive travel, visiting existing and prospective customers, and gathering on-the-ground market intelligence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience in related industries, strong English skills, and a willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in spandex, DTY polyester yarn, crochet machine, braiding machine, covering machine, rubber thread or related industries.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Owns a personal vehicle and is willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and a mobile, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Company's market share across Indonesia
• Gather market intelligence from rubber thread users nationwide, with focus on customers currently purchasing from competitors
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow relationships
• Support the Company's sales team during customer visits and negotiations
• Represent the Company at relevant industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conventions
• Provide strategic input and market insights to help shape territory-specific growth plans
