Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Project Coordinator to support implementation and coordination across multi-site activities in Sulawesi Tengah. You will work with field teams and partners to ensure timely delivery, organize regional workshops, and help monitor project performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of project coordination experience, and willingness to travel frequently within the region. A motorcycle license is required to operate within field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or coordination.
• Holds a motorcycle license (SIM C) and can ride a motorbike.
• Experience with NGOs, government, or international orgs preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Able to ride a motorcycle and own a Class C driving license.
