Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Regional HR Partner, APAC. The role partners with local leaders to translate business priorities into people solutions, safeguarding compliance and strengthening employee engagement across the region.

You will lead delivery of the local people agenda, oversee HR operations, change initiatives, and governance, ensuring an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with HR business partnering, employee relations and operations in Indonesia.
• Experience advising senior leaders and delivering change in matrix/multinational org.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment and industrial relations.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into actionable people solutions.
• Lead local delivery of people agenda, compliance, engagement, and employee experience.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, benefits, leave, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and separations.
• Ensure policies, contracts, and HR records are current and governed.
• Deliver regional/global HR programs in Indonesia (reward, talent, learning, engagement).
• Monitor metrics like headcount, attrition, engagement, performance; report accurately.
