PT San Neng Bakeware Indonesia seeks a dynamic Sales Area Executive to join our sales team in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This full-time role focuses on expanding market presence and pursuing new business opportunities within the baking equipment sector.

You will build lasting client relationships, present bakeware products, negotiate terms, and coordinate with product, logistics and technical support teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and demonstrate bakeware products to customers, highlighting features and value.
• Conduct sales meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation in response to inquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with product, technical support and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
