Job summary

PT Jaya Fermex invites applications for a Sales Executive to strengthen our bakery ingredients distribution in Padang and surrounding districts. You will plan routes, visit customers regularly, and execute sales transactions with forecasted demand across the territory.

The role requires 2+ years in sales of bakery/food ingredients, strong communication, and a drive for results. You must hold a SIM C license and be willing to be placed in Padang.

Qualifications

• Requires at least high school/ diploma in any major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field (sales executive in bakery ingredients, food ingredients, FMCG).
• Having driving license (SIM C).
• Willing to be placed in Padang (multiple districts).

Responsibilities

• Plan the amount of goods to be carried according to the standard stock and daily route.
• Make a monthly visit plan according to the sales territorial route.
• Develop and plan sales planning (OA, NOO, NIP) within the territory area.
• Make a routine schedule for visiting customers in the territory area.
• Perform sales transactions and forecasting per week-month in each customer.
• Display/ clean products and manage chiller as needed.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis regularly.
• Build good relationships with customers of PT Jaya Fermex.
• Create billing according to invoices.
• Report transfer slips to admin collection.
