Job summary

PT JAYA FERMEX is seeking a Sales Executive for Surabaya, Makassar, and Medan (Langkat) to drive bakery ingredients sales across Indonesia. You will plan routes, visit customers, and manage product displays while building strong relationships with key accounts.

The role requires practical sales experience in bakery ingredients, FMCG, and related fields, with robust communication and a results-oriented mindset to meet ambitious targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Good in communication, drive to achieve targets and high drive for performance.
• Ability to work with sales planning and territory management.
• Willingness to be placed in Surabaya, Makassar, Medan (Langkat).

Responsibilities

• Plan the quantity of goods to be carried according to standard stock and daily route.
• Make a monthly visit plan according to the Sales Territorial route.
• Develop and plan sales planning (OA, NOO, NIP) within the territory area.
• Create a routine schedule for visiting customers in the territory area.
• Perform sales transactions and forecast product transactions weekly to monthly per customer.
• Display and maintain products on shelves and in the chiller.
• Conduct market and competitor surveys and analyses regularly.
• Build strong relationships with PT Jaya Fermex customers.
• Create billing according to Invoice / DO nominal and report transfer slips.
