Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an experienced refinery operations supervisor to oversee Refinery & Fractionation activities at our Marunda facility, ensuring production is safe, efficient, and aligned with the Master Production Schedule while leading a capable team and maintaining quality standards.

You will manage daily SAP reports, supervise data accuracy, train staff, and enforce HACCP, ISO, and other safety and quality frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as officer.
Solid understanding of Palm Oil Refinery and Fractionation processes.
Proficient in SAP and production administration (optional).
Proven experience in supervising and leading operational teams.
Willing to work in shifts.
Willing to be placed at our Marunda Refinery.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate Refinery & Fractionation operations, ensuring production activities are safe, efficient, and aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
Drive operational excellence and maintain quality and safety standards.
Manage production administration and high-performing operations team.
Ensure daily/ monthly SAP reports are correct and on time and communicated to related parties.
