Responsible for achieving production targets in line with management's expectations by monitoring and coordinating team members activities to ensure efficient execution of production plans and operational standards.
Optimize the use of supporting materials and production output in terms of both quality and quantity.
Minimize production process losses to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure proper use of filters/strainers as required.
Coordinate with related departments in conducting plant troubleshooting.
Prepare daily reports, including production results and supporting material usage.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the plant and all equipment within the plant area.
Provide instructions, supervise, and control the activities of team members within the group.
Ensure that instructions from superiors are properly understood and correctly implemented.
Review the production logbook and production logs at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
Minimum education Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, within 3 years of experience in refinery and fractionation operations.
Proficient in computer operation.
Minimum passive English proficiency.
Strong managerial and leadership skill.
