Job summary

PT Beaute Haul Indonesia (Beautyhaul - Somethinc) is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will coordinate with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, and manage candidate assessments and feedback.

The role requires 2+ years in recruitment and strong knowledge of ATS tools. The position is based in West Jakarta and requires on-site work, with a focus on building scalable hiring processes and maintaining compliant documentation to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Willing to fully WFO at West Jakarta, Indonesia
