As a Recruitment Consultant Intern , you are the first point of contact with the talent market. You will search for candidates against real client requirements and make the first approach - introducing the role, checking basic fit and building interest. It is a great entry point into the recruitment profession. This position is fully remote (work from home). Please note: this is an internship position, not a permanent employee role.

Key responsibilities:

Understand the search requirements briefed by the Project Manager / Recruitment Consultant.

Source potential candidates via the company database, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, campus and community channels.
