Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited in Bangkok seeks an RB&E Marketing Manager to build awareness and demand for the hotel’s restaurants, bars and experiences. You will craft campaigns, content and partnerships that drive bookings and revenue, working with Hotel Marketing and Operations to align priorities.

You will lead digital, CRM, and content initiatives, manage budgets, and partner with creative agencies to showcase signature experiences while ensuring measurable results and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience in luxury hospitality or premium brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and CRM.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly RB&E marketing plans aligned with priorities.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, events, activations and partnerships.
• Coordinate with RB&E Operations and Hotel Marketing teams for calendars.
• Oversee social media, digital marketing, CRM campaigns and content.
• Create engaging content highlighting culinary talent, experiences and stories.
• Manage creative assets, photography and video with teams and partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
• Track performance across awareness, bookings and revenue.
• Monitor market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar, culinary and marketing teams on projects.
