Job summary

PT ZTE Indonesia, a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation, seeks a proactive Solution Architect to lead requirement analysis, design wireless network solutions across 2G/3G/4G/5G, and translate capabilities into business value for customers.

You will manage opportunities, develop proposals, conduct technical presentations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with sales, delivery and product teams to ensure successful implementation. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wireless networks and RAN solutions (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Familiar with ZTE products and able to independently develop solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good planning, execution, and teamwork capability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and technical proposal development for wireless networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Develop customer-oriented solutions and translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Manage opportunities and support order acquisition through effective solution positioning.
• Take ownership of bidding processes, including solution configuration, technical presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, product) to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CMO.
