Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Substation and Railway Systems Engineer to develop and maintain technical standards, SOPs, and WIs for Substation operation and maintenance, while conducting RCA and coordinating with regional teams. You will lead RCM/CBM/PdM programs, assess asset health, and guide lifecycle decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in railway HV/substation, DC switchgear experience, and CEFR C1 English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree (S2), particularly in Railway Engineering or a related field, is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in railway systems, particularly Substation / HV systems.
• Proven experience with DC switchgear systems for railway traction.
• Possession of relevant certifications in railway systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Substation operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and provide sound engineering judgment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level (or equivalent to IELTS 7.0) or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical standards, SOPs, and WIs for Substation operation and maintenance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of Substation equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and engineering judgment to Regional Maintenance Teams in resolving complex faults.
• Manage Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), CBM, and PdM programs across Substation assets.
• Conduct Asset Health Assessments and lifecycle recommendations for overhaul or refurbishment.
• Coordinate with vendors on work reviews, warranties, technical clarifications, and modifications.
• Review MoC processes to ensure safety and reliability compliance.
• Develop technical specifications, SoW, and procurement documents for Substation projects.
