Job summary

PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera in Gresik, East Java seeks a Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer for substation operations. The role covers day-to-day monitoring, control of 150 kV GIS/transformers, and autonomous maintenance across panels, SCADA, and protection systems.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (GPA 3.00+), with knowledge of ETAP/Digsilent and standard IEC/SNI guidelines. Willingness to be placed in Gresik is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 0–2 years experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of power system components: GIS 150 kV, transformer 150 kV, cubicle 20 kV, and related 150 kV equipment.
• Familiar with ETAP and Digsilent software and electrical standards (SPLN, SNI, IEC).
• Understanding of device network topology and communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS485, Modbus).
• Hands-on experience in control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and observe power distribution system.
• Daily monitor substation equipment and systems using control panels and SCADA.
• Operate and control substation equipment to maintain stable power supply.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions to restore operation.
• Conduct autonomous maintenance programs for substation components.
• Prepare reports monitoring operational substation with checklists and SCADA AMR systems.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Operational And Autonomous Maintenance Of Substation

• Analyze and observe power distribution system
• Daily monitor substation equipment and systems using control panels and SCADA systems
• Operate and control substation equipment, such as circuit breakers, transformers, and other devices, to maintain a stable and reliable power supply
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, taking appropriate actions to restore normal operation
• Conduct of all autonomous maintenance program in substation (150 kV cable, 150 kV transformer, 20 kV auxiliary transformer, 150 kV GIS, 20 kV cubicle, AC-DC System, telecom system, protection relay and Meter).
• Responsible for making the report monitoring of operational substation with manual check and Monitoring systems (SCADA, AMR, and other electronic systems).
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University.
• At least min 2 years experience in the same field
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Having good knowledge of Power System (GIS 150 kV, Transformer 150 kV, Cubicle 20 kV, Cable 20 kV and 150 kV, Protection relay)
• Familiar with office based software and power system software (ETAP & Digsilent)
