Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an R&D Staff for a Food Manufacturing (Pastry) company in Bogor. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to develop and improve food products, recipes, and formulations.

The role involves product trials, quality and safety checks, and collaboration with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Marketing teams. A Bachelor's in Food Science/Technology and Business English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology is required.
• Business English proficiency is required.
• 1 year of experience in R&D within food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve food products, recipes, and formulations.
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and production trials.
• Evaluate raw materials and support supplier/ingredient trials.
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and company standards.
• Support product scale-up from R&D trials to mass production.
• Prepare product specifications, formulations, trial reports, and costing.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Marketing teams.
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization.
