Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking a researcher in packaging R&D to develop and evaluate packaging processes and raw materials in line with food safety and halal standards. The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Product Design and at least 1 year in packaging-focused R&D.

Candidate should understand packaging materials, shelf life testing, and be willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java or relocate without compensation.

Qualifications

Job description

Conducting research, develop and evaluate process of packaging and its raw materials to ensure the functionality and quality to the food safety and halal standard.

We are looking for you, who :

Graduates as a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Product Design.

At least have 1 year experience in the research and development area from food and beverage industry specially in the packaging matter.

Understand in food safety basic principles, halal and the characteristic of food / beverages raw materials.

Understand the types of packaging materials as well as the basic principles of product stability / shelf live testing.

Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo - East Java or willing to relocate without compensation.
