Job summary

PT. FKS FOOD SEJAHTERA TBK in Sragen, Central Java, seeks an experienced Packaging Development Manager to lead the design, validation, and optimization of packaging materials and specifications for FMCG products.

You will oversee a packaging team, coordinate with Marketing, Production, QA, and Regulatory, ensure compliance with BPOM and Halal rules, and drive cost-saving packaging improvements. Placement at Sragen, Central Java; strong background in flexible/rigid packaging and leadership

• Maintain packaging records, technical standards, and regulatory documents.
• Manage, coach, and monitor workload of Packaging Team

• Experience in flexible, rigid, and corrugated packaging.
• Strong knowledge in packaging material, machine compatibility, artwork review, and food regulatory (BPOM, Halal).
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication
