Lead development and validation of packaging materials, specs, and configuration.
Review packaging specs, artwork, and material standards before mass production.
Conduct material evaluation, machine trials, performance, transport and durability tests.
Ensure packaging meets quality, production, and distribution standards.
Coordinate with Marketing, Production, QA, Procurement, Regulatory & Suppliers.
Ensure packaging readiness aligns with product launch timelines.
Drive cost-saving, alternative material, and packaging improvement initiatives.
Maintain packaging records, technical standards, and regulatory documents.
Manage, coach, and monitor workload of Packaging Team
