Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) seeks a seasoned R&D leader to oversee the company's Research and Development program, from new product proposals to commercialization.

You will drive accountability, quality, and process standardization across all phases of R&D, and develop and monitor plans and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Safety/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in R&D, especially in Food and Beverage manufacturing.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Direct the R&D program from new product proposal to commercialization.
• Develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring on-time and within-cost completion.

In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Safety/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

Minimum7 years’ experience in Research and Development especially in Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry

Strong communication, leadership skill and analytical thinking

Willing to be placed in Ciherang, Bogor
