Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to monitor production process parameters, perform sampling, and ensure finished product quality meets specifications across the beverage production lines in Bangli, Bali.

The role requires a SMK or D3 in Chemical Analysis, knowledge of sampling methods, and proficiency with analytical instruments such as pH and TDS meters to support in-process quality control and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma III (D3) in Chemical Analysis.
• Knowledge of sampling methods.
• Proficient in operating analytical instruments for in-process quality control.

Job description

Monitor and inspect production process parameters throughout the manufacturing process, including verification sampling of the water treatment system, production equipment and facility parameters, and finished product quality parameters, ensuring compliance with established specifications, quality standards, and procedures.

Inspect and monitor the concentration of chemicals used, as well as cleaning and sanitation activities, both before and after production, to ensure compliance with company standards.

Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP across all production lines during manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate or Diploma III (D3) in Chemical Analysis

Having knowledge of sampling methods

Proficient in operating analytical instruments for in-process quality control, including pH meters, TDS meters, and other testing equipment

Good understanding of GPM

Understanding of beverage production processes (AMDK)

Willing to be placed in Bangli, Bali
