Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in East Java invites applications for a Sales Supervisor to lead the field sales team and drive KPI targets for behavior, revenue, collection, and service levels across General Trade.

You will achieve monthly sales/revenue targets, maintain accurate customer master data, expand active outlet coverage, and ensure Field Sales Representatives follow the prescribed selling steps while building strong customer relationships. Frequent travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG/beverage.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT).
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
