Job summary

PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review cost estimates, take-offs, and BOQs, while monitoring budgets and variances.

You will coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Procurement, and Contractors, analyze quotations, and support cost control and value engineering to keep projects within approved financial parameters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying or construction software.
• Good understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, construction materials, and project cost control.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency is required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
• Review and analyze quotations, material costs, and contractor pricing.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Procurement, and Contractor teams regarding project costs and quantities.
• Prepare cost reports and provide updates on budget status and cost variations.
• Assist with cost control, value engineering, and contract administration as required.
