Job summary

ARCHESTET GROUP seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor in Bali to manage cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration across luxury villa projects.

You will prepare BOQs, cost plans, and budgets; monitor project costs; evaluate sub-contractor bids; negotiate contracts; and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to align budgets with on-site execution while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential or villa development.
• Strong knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Proficient in QS software (CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiar with contract laws and project documentation.
• Fluent in English is a plus. Membership in RICS/AIQS is an advantage.
• Able to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and budgets for villa construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize budgets.
• Manage tendering, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain detailed cost reports throughout the lifecycle.
• Process progress claims, variations, and final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to align budgets with on-site execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards in construction.
