Job summary
ADGC Bali Construction in Canggu, Bali is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage material costs, read technical drawings, and prepare accurate BOQs and estimates.
You will create purchasing lists, compare vendor offers, and build a price database. Collaboration with the Site Manager for field verification is required. Indonesian fluency is essential, with basic English for documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years experience as QS/estimator in construction (villa/residential experience is a plus)
- Able to read technical drawings, familiar with AutoCAD
- Proficient in Excel for BOQ and price tracking
- Fluent Indonesian, basic English for documentation
