Job summary

PT. Join Ventura Properti is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work with design, project management, procurement and site teams to ensure projects are estimated accurately and delivered within budget.

You will prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from architectural and interior design drawings, manage project budgets, evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our design, project management, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are accurately estimated, commercially controlled, and delivered within budget.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from architectural and interior design drawings, managing project budgets, evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle.
