Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to analyze customer standards and integrate into quality standards.
• Knowledge and experience in plastic manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and project management in manufacturing quality.

Responsibilities

• Attend all project meetings.
• Ensure proper systems launches.
• Openly report quality performance.
• Implement, follow, improve, create standards.
• Confirm quality meets customer requirements.
• Control and define manufacturing process parameters.
• Identify training needs and provide training for QA/QC.
• Responsible for internal and external audits related to the Quality department.
• Monitor QA/QC performance by collecting production data and create reports.
• Communicate with technical, product development, and production team to maintain product quality and ensure targets are achieved.
