Job summary

• Ensure proper systems launches.
• Openly report quality performance.
• Implement, follow, improve, create standards.
• Confirm quality meets customer requirements.
• Control and define manufacturing process parameters.
• Identify training needs and provide training for QA/QC.
• Responsible for internal and external audits related to the Quality department.
• Monitor QA/QC performance by collecting production data and create reports.
• Communicate with technical, product development, and production team to maintain product quality and ensure targets are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.


• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.


• Experienced in Automotive Manufacturing are prefered.


• Have skill managerial especially in quality of manufactur.


• Ability to analyze customer standards and expectations and integrate them into operational quality standards.


• Have Knowledge and Experience in plastic manufacturing.


• Strong project management skill (planning, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting).


• Have good leadership skills and can work in a team.


• Possess active English language skills.


• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.
