Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara, based in Central Cikarang, West Java, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead process improvements, mold trials, and lean initiatives in a full-time capacity. The role requires hands-on expertise with injection molding and IATF 16949 standards, plus strong leadership to drive Kaizen across Production, QC, Maintenance, and NPD teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical/Industrial engineering degree with 2–3 years in Production/Process Engineering,

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of Production/Process Engineering experience (automotive preferred).
• Proficient in injection molding processes and plastic materials.
• Able to read technical drawings and mold designs.
• Proficient in IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area, and join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validate new production processes for efficiency.
• Create and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Time Studies.
• Lead line balancing, waste elimination, and Kaizen projects.
• Oversee mold trials and preventive maintenance of molds.
• Troubleshoot machinery and production fixtures with relevant teams.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and NPD.
• Lead team members.
