Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to advance production efficiency in Central Cikarang. You will design and validate processes, write SOPs and time studies, and lead line balancing and Kaizen projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in Production/Process Engineering (auto industry preferred).
• Proficient in injection molding processes and plastic materials.
• Able to read technical drawings and mold designs.
• Proficient in IATF 16949 standards, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validate new production processes to ensure efficiency.
• Create and update SOPs, WIs, and Time Studies.
• Lead projects related to line balancing, waste elimination, and Kaizen.
• Oversee mold trials and preventive maintenance of molds.
• Troubleshoot machinery/equipment issues with relevant teams.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and NPD departments.
• Lead team members.

• Able to read technical drawings and mold designs.
• Proficient in IATF 16949 standards, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Job Description
