Job summary

PT Citra Plastik Makmur is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control professional to join our team in Indonesia. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding or Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QC/QA processes and 7 QC Tools.
• Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, ISO 9001 and HSE concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lead and develop a Quality Control team and collaborate across departments.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily QA & QC activities to meet quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance of quality standards, SOPs, inspection procedures, and control plans.
• Monitor quality across incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Lead investigation and resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.
• Implement CAPA and verify effectiveness.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive improvement targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse and others to resolve quality problems.
• Supervise internal audits, process audits, and quality improvement activities.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and documentation.
• Coach and develop QC team members for competency and performance.
• Drive Kaizen and 7 QC Tools to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Identify risks and implement preventive actions.
• Report progress to Quality Manager/Management and support audits.
