Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Quality Control, Operations, Process Improvement, Logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Good understanding of operational processes and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on processing time limit appeals to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Handle and follow up on abnormal feedback and operational issues reported by agency areas.
• Monitor and investigate abnormal events and coordinate with relevant teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain abnormal event reports, including issue details, impact, follow-up actions, and resolution status.
• Follow up on requests related to fine reduction and exemption, ensuring proper review and supporting documentation.
• Analyze recurring operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement.
• Coordinate with agency, operation, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of improvement actions and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality issues, appeals, abnormal cases, and improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of SOPs, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives to reduce operational errors and improve service quality.
