• Experience in Quality Control for plastic packaging.
• Ability to read design drawings well and analyze data.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented, and innovative.
• Team player able to work with various parties.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes and pace.
• Good understanding of factory workflow and standards.
• Fresh graduates willing to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of raw materials and plastic packaging products according to company standards.
• Read and apply design drawings precisely as a reference for quality checks.
• Collect and analyse quality data to prevent production defects.
• Create daily reports on quality inspection results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a company representative in negotiations with suppliers and customers regarding product quality.
• Provide creative ideas to resolve quality decline issues in the field.
• Work with the production team and other departments.
