Job summary

PT Starlit Energy Indonesia is seeking an experienced QC Manager in electronics assembly to lead the quality function and drive continuous improvement across materials, processes, and finished goods.

You will supervise the QC team, develop inspection procedures, oversee calibration schedules, and coordinate ISO and TKDN certification activities with external auditors to uphold the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a QC Manager in an electronics assembly factory.
• Thorough command of the ISO certification process, from document preparation through to the audit itself.
• Thorough command of the TKDN (Domestic Component Level) product certification process, including preparing supporting documents and assisting with verification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the QC team
• Develop and oversee inspection procedures and testing protocols for raw materials, production processes, and finished products
• Manage the calibration and maintenance schedule for all testing equipment
• Ensure all processes within the Quality Management System comply with ISO standards
• Plan, lead, and evaluate the implementation of periodic quality audits
• Act as the main person in charge (PIC) for communication with ISO certification bodies and third-party auditors
