Job summary

Mennix & Rekan (Jakarta) is seeking a Quality Control professional to review audit working papers, financial statements, and auditor's reports to ensure compliance with SPAP and SAK, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and documentation quality.

The role requires 3-5 years in a public accounting firm, strong knowledge of SPAP and tax regulations, and excellent communication to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Auditing Standards (SPAP) and applicable Financial Accounting Standards.
• Proficient in reviewing audit working papers and financial statements.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations, tax compliance, and supporting documentation for tax examinations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review audit working papers to ensure compliance with SPAP and the firm's audit methodology.
• Review financial statements and auditor's reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SAK.
• Identify audit documentation deficiencies and provide constructive review notes to engagement teams.
• Monitor the resolution of review findings and ensure audit documentation is complete before finalization.
