Job summary

PT Siix Ems Indonesia seeks an auditor to lead annual internal and external audit planning, coordinate quarterly quality target reviews, and drive cross-department collaboration to ensure on-time execution. The role requires strong documentation control, ISO/IATF knowledge, and effective communication with suppliers and customers.

Candidates should hold a D3/S1 in technical fields and a certificated internal auditor credential, with good interpersonal skills and high work enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Technical Machine, Industry, mechatronics or electronics.
• Understanding of Document Control, ISO, Internal Audits, and IMDS.
• Have a certificate internal Audit IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Create an annual plan for internal and external audit.
• Create an annual plan for quarterly quality target achievement review and management review.
• Communicate with other departments regarding execution of internal and external audit, quarterly quality target achievement review and management review.
• Ensure that internal and external audit, quarterly quality target achievement review and management review are carried out according to the audit plan.
• Ensure analysis and responses from NCAR, unachieved quality targets and action recommendations from management reviews are submitted by the due dates, if any.
• Ensure the recording, distributing, withdrawing, storing and destroying internal and external documents.
• Ensure the results of the check on the registered internal documents, including the document number, document title, font form/color and the document are not contradictory.
• Ensure the IMDS, ICP, SOC Free and RoHS documents and submit them to customers.
• Ensure the survey results related to CMRT, EMRT, MSCS, BRDS and Antimony sheet and then submit them to customer.
• Ensure the completeness of the MSDS, ICP, Mill sheet document requests to the purchasing department and submit them to the customer.
• Check the CPAR records regarding quality issues issued to Internal, to Suppliers and from Customers.
