Job summary

Center for Investment and Business Advisory in Jakarta North seeks an experienced Auditor to manage engagements from initial client contact through to line manager level, ensuring timely, high-quality reporting and effective supervision of audit staff. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with 3+ years in public accounting, and strong PSAK/IFRS knowledge.

Fluency in English is essential, and willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Public Accounting Firm.
• Extensive knowledge in auditing areas including PSAK and IFRS.
• Willing to travel for out of town engagements.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Undertake audit assignments from initial contact with client, up to line Manager level through to preparation of reports.
• Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance evaluations.
• Continuously manage relationships with the client and the way that audit work is undertaken.
• Prepare draft and final reports, where necessary negotiating amendments that meet both client and Audit Manager approval.
