Job summary

BINUS Group is looking for a Quality Control - Academic Section Head to manage academic audits and ensure quality assurance across faculties. This role involves analyzing study program evaluations, coordinating accreditation documentation, and supervising management meetings.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess at least 2 years of senior-level experience. A proactive approach in system development and customer feedback handling is essential, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Senior Staff level position or 4 years of working experience.
• Proven ability to analyze study program self-evaluation results.
• Experience in developing accreditation documentation.

Develop concept of academic audit 2. Supervise effective and update Management Review Meeting 3. Coordinate follow-up activities on study program self-evaluation result 4. Analyze study program self-evaluation form 5. Provide recommendation for study program based on self-evaluation result 6. Develop and provide report based on self-evaluation result 7. Review accreditation document in related Study Program (national and international accreditation) 8. Coordinate self-evaluation activities in related Study Program (in coordination with Quality Coordinator) 9. Maintain and update quality assurance process in related Faculty and/ School (in coordination with Quality Coordinator) 10. Address and provide solution for customer feedback related to academic matters 11. Coordinate and conduct non-regular audit for Study Program 12. Pro-active role in system development and maintenance of SPMI application 13. Analyze feedback from external assessment 14. Develop QMS Report for Study Program, Faculty and/ School, and University 15. Develop accreditation guidance book for Study Programs (national and international accreditation) 16.
