Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a senior quality leader to assure project quality across the lifecycle. You will drive QMS implementation, manage audits, and serve as the main interface for customers on quality matters, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong ISO 9001 knowledge, auditing capability, and collaboration with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in large-scale energy projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction project environment.
• ISO 9001 knowledge; lead auditor certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering/science master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management and risk management.
• Experience with Project Quality Plans, ITPs, inspections, and COPQ processes.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCA, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings; good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate in project kick-off, stage gate, and close-out reviews.
• Act as the primary customer interface for project quality matters.
• Drive a strong quality culture across project teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project quality audits.
• Manage and report KPIs, NCRs, CCRPs, COPQ, and lessons learned.
• Oversee site quality activities and ITP implementation.
• Verify quality compliance through construction, installation, commissioning and handover.
