Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to lead project quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and customer requirements.

You will implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, conduct audits, monitor KPIs, manage NCRs, and coordinate with site teams to secure successful delivery, handover, and high customer satisfaction in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or scientific master's preferred.
• 5+ years in an EPC/Power/large project environment; 10 years of experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; lead auditor certification preferred.
• Good understanding of project management principles, including risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), including Project Quality Plans and project-specific quality documentation.
• Participate in project kick-off, stage gate, and close-out reviews, ensuring quality requirements and lessons learned are managed.
• Act as primary customer interface for project quality matters, addressing quality issues and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Drive a strong quality culture, promoting QA, QC, continuous improvement, and best practices across project teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project quality audits in line with customer and Hitachi Energy requirements.
• Manage and report KPIs, including NCRs, CCRPs, COPQ, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee non-conformance management and timely resolution of NCRs and adherence to quality processes.
• Oversee site quality activities, including training, document validation, subcontractor alignment, and ITP implementation.
• Verify quality compliance throughout construction, installation, commissioning, and handover.
