Job summary

Greenfields Dairy Group in Indonesia seeks a skilled QA professional to lead food safety and quality initiatives across the dairy line. The role emphasizes implementing systems, validating processes, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

You will manage CCP/OPRP monitoring, review procedures, and train staff on GMP and safety culture while addressing customer complaints and non-conforming products with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the dairy industry.
• Solid understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management System standards.
• Solid understanding of the working principles of UHT or ESL machines
• Proficient in spoken and written English, and MS Office.
• Not color blind, physically healthy, and free from communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and evaluate the implementation of food safety and quality management systems.
2. Implement and conduct periodic reviews of HACCP and TACCP.
3. Monitor and evaluate Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP).
4. Perform validation of processes, intermediate products, and finished products.
5. Verify deviations related to food quality and safety.
6. Take responsibility for non-conforming products, including conducting traceability to identify root causes, preparing reports, determining product status, and coordinating with related departments for corrective actions and monitoring.
7. Analyze data related to process capability in meeting food safety and quality standards.
8. Conduct internal and external audits.
9. Perform routine GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) inspections.
10. Review procedures and matrices related to quality and food safety issues.
11. Prepare product specifications/standards for both internal and external requirements.
12. Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on GMP, hygiene, and food safety culture.
13. Handle customer complaints.
