Pt Santosa Agrindo membuka lowongan untuk Kepala Departemen Quality Assurance. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengelola operasi manufaktur makanan harian agar mencapai target produksi, mutu, dan efisiensi.

Anda akan memastikan pelaksanaan proses, kemasan, sanitasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pangan, kebersihan, mutu, serta keselamatan. Memimpin supervisor dan tim on-site serta mengendalikan biaya operasional dan sumber daya.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure proper execution of processing, packaging, and sanitation activities.
• Monitor line performance, downtime, yield, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead supervisors and operational teams on site.
• Control operational costs, manpower, and resource utilization.
• Prepare routine operational and performance reports.
