Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia seek staf yang termotivasi untuk bergabung dalam tim produksi pangan. Peran ini melibatkan produksi, pengolahan, atau penanganan produk makanan secara efisien dan aman di fasilitas kami.

Sebagai staf, Anda akan menjaga kelancaran operasional harian dan menyusun laporan administratif yang akurat, sambil berkoordinasi dengan departemen seperti Gudang, Pemeliharaan, dan Laboratorium untuk mengatasi kendala produksi.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry/Agriculture, Biology, Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in FMCG, agrifood or food manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food quality and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) for data processing and reporting; ERP (SAP/Oracle) familiarity is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; strong cross-team communication.
• Willing to work in a shift system and be placed in operations/factory area.

Job Summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Food Staff. This role involves contributing to the efficient and safe production, processing, or handling of food products within our facilities.

Job Description

As a Staff member at PT Japfa Food Indonesia, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and compiling accurate administrative reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Supervision: Monitor daily processes (production/distribution/quality) to ensure they run according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the company's daily targets.
• Administration & Reporting: Record, summarize, and analyze daily data (e.g., production yields, raw material/finished goods stock levels, or lab test results). Create periodic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Cross-Divisional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as Warehouse/Stockist, Maintenance, and Laboratory to resolve operational constraints or anomalies in raw materials/products.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry/Agriculture, Biology, Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but having 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG, agrifood, or food manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food quality and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
• Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data processing and reporting). Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills): Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work quickly in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills for effective cross-team coordination.
• Availability: Willing to work in a shift system (if assigned to factory operations) and be placed in the operational/factory area.
