Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to join our collections team in Indonesia. You will review calls, emails, and interactions to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

You will conduct regular audits of agents, collaborate with the team to close gaps, and document findings, trainings, and corrective actions.

Applicants should have a SMA/SMK education, at least 6 months in QA or related role, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Quality Assurance CollectionJob Description:

• Review and evaluate calls, emails, and other communication with customers to ensure they align with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
• Perform regular audits of collection agents work and customer interactions to assess quality, professionalism, and adherence to protocols
• Work closely with the collection team to address performance gaps, improve technniques, and ensure knowledge of best practices and legal compliance
• Conduct a thorough checking for emergency contracr (EA) data verification in the collection process
• Document all quality assurance findings, training sessions, feedback and corrective actions taken Job Requirements :

High School (SMA/SMK) graduate from any major

• Min. 6 monts of experience as a Quality Assurance or in a similar role, preferably in the collection industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong curiosity and problem solving skills with ability to indentify areas for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
