Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to review communications from customers and ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory standards. You will participate in audits of collection agents' interactions to uphold quality and professionalism.

You will collaborate with the Collection Team to close gaps, improve techniques, and verify emergency contact data.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Quality Assurance or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate calls, emails, and other communication with customers to ensure they align with company policies and standards.
• Perform regular audits of collection agents’ work and customer interactions to assess quality and adherence to protocols.
• Work closely with the Collection Team to address performance gaps and improve techniques.
• Conduct a thorough checking for emergency contact data verification in the collection process.
• Document all quality assurance findings, training sessions, feedback, and corrective actions taken.
