Job summary

You will coordinate with stakeholders to address quality issues, monitor findings, and lead training sessions on quality standards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and are able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Job description

Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Manage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to follow up on quality and operational issues.

Monitor weekly and monthly audit findings and ensure corrective actions are properly followed through and resolved.

Conduct training and evaluation sessions related to quality standards, procedures, and operational compliance.

Maintain and provide relevant data and access to support monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tourism, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or other related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, critical, and analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities.

High integrity and able to work effectively under pressure.
